This was Morse’s first album I’ve ever heard and I liked it much from the beginning. Well played but lacks of more varied arrangements. Otherwise very interesting.

Steve Morse is great specially at high-speed sttacatto chromatic lines and he has got great feel too.Very interesting sound that has influenced a lot of guitar players.
This album f*ck*n rules!!
The opening track Sacred Ground is a mellow rock one that is among my favourites.
It also contains some cool progressive rock tunes , like Barbary Coast or Native Dance to name a few.
